The award recognizes empathetic leaders who are making their workplace, professional group, or broader community more inclusive, resilient, or engaging.
The Technical.ly Delaware team solicited nominations from members of the community earlier this fall and curated the final nominees based on their reporting. Winners were selected by a public vote and announced on December 15th.
