Eagle Elastomer, Inc. has been specializing in fluoroelastomer extrusion products since 1983.
Our Extrusion Capabilities Include:
O-ring cord, tubing, hollow cord, square cord, rectangle cord, quad cord. In addition, our capabilities include Extrusion Preforms for molding difficult profiles, including but not limited to U-channels, P & D bulbs, etc.
Our Extruded Products Compounds:
Specialty compounds designed to offer base resistance, extreme chemical resistance, steam resistance, low temperature resistance as well as conductive and nonconductive properties. We also offer certifiable compounds that meets AMS 3216G, USP Class VI and foodgrade.
Color Options Include:
Black, Brown, White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, and Purple
Hardness Range:
Hardness to 50 through 95 shore A Durometer

Our Extrusion Quality:
All processing equipment is tied to our Variable Control and Process Data Storage System for traceability and continuous improvement. We only use 100% virgin fluoroelastomer polymers in our extrusion compounds which are formulated and mixed to the highest standards then verified through laboratory testing. All extrusions are fully cured in an autoclave and then post cured to give the product the best physical properties possible. We offer tighter tolerance then industry standard with very close tolerances on certain products. All of our O-Ring cord is 100% inspected with a Laser to verify dimensions.
Our Extrusion Delivery:
Eagle Elastomer maintains inventory on most sizes of the Black and Brown 75 durometer standard FKM O-Ring cord. We keep inventory on most of our extrusion compounds which allows us to ship our extruded product in short lead times.
Our Fluoroelastomer Adhesion Systems:
Eagle Elastomer has developed a number of fluoroelastomer adhesives to be used in conjunction with our extrusions for splicing and bonding purposes. We also provide thin uncured fluoroelastomer sheet stock to be used as a splicing compound on our extruded products.

Fluororelastomer Cured Extruded Products: Eagle Elastomer Inc. has 4 extrusion lines with the supporting autoclaves and post cure ovens to produce premium quality Fluoroelastomer cured extrusions. We only process Eagle elastomer compounds made from 100% virgin prime raw materials. The extrusion products we offer include standard and close tolerance Fluoroelastomer O-ring, square, rectangle and quad cords for compression sealing applications. We offer fluoroelastomer tubing products for peristaltic pump, fluid transfer, wire jacketing and many other industrial purposes. We also offer custom fluoroelastomer profile extrusions to customer prints like U-channels, C-channels, P-bulbs, and many different shapes and sizes for different industrial applications. Our cured extruded products are fully cured and post cured to maximize physical properties.
